Evidence comes first
Product records are transcribed from publicly available manufacturer documents. Lens variants have separate URLs because a single model may have several fields of view. We preserve the document version in every model record and link back to the source.
Source review date: 2026-10-26. This is the review date, not a claim that older documents represent the latest firmware or hardware. Regional availability and current product status have not been established.

- Hikvision DS-2CD2043G2-I(U) datasheet ↗
V5.5.113, 2023-03-03. Records use the I variant and 2.8, 4 and 6 mm lenses. Lens table supplies FOV; video and network tables supply resolution, codecs and declared profiles. - Dahua IPC-HDW2449T-S-IL S0 datasheet ↗
2023-02-21, Rev 002.000. Page 2: lens, video and interoperability tables; page 3: power. The heading calls it Bullet; this site classifies the housing as Eyeball. The 4 MP mode is 20 fps in this revision. - Reolink RLC-810A manufacturer specifications ↗
4 mm lens document: 3840 × 2160, 87° horizontal / 44° vertical FOV, H.265 and 802.3af. ONVIF profile information is not established by this PDF, so profiles are not inferred. - ONVIF Conformant Products directory ↗
Official reference for conformance. Conformance depends on the specific firmware or software version. A manufacturer’s declared profile is not treated as an independently checked directory entry.
Recorder preset source
Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2/8P D/E datasheet ↗, V4.71.410, 2022-10-26. The checker uses its 8-channel, 8 MP, 80 Mbps incoming and standard H.264/H.265 recording limits. No ONVIF profile is inferred for the recorder. Decoding capacity and feature interoperability are separate from recording limits.
Compatibility labels
Verified requires a documented camera–NVR test with both exact hardware and firmware versions and explicit feature results. There are currently no verified pair records in this catalog.
Inferred — verification required means the selected stream constraints fit the entered limits. It does not establish successful discovery, authentication, recording, audio, PTZ, events, analytics or playback.
Constraints not met means at least one selected resolution, codec, channel or bandwidth limit fails. Changing the camera’s stream settings may change the assessment.
Calculator methods
Storage integrates your supplied bitrate over time and converts bits to decimal bytes. Bandwidth adds recording and additional viewing streams. FOV uses rectilinear geometry. PoE sums peak switch-port draw and user-selected headroom. Full formulas and assumptions are displayed on each calculator page.
Coverage simulation
The simulator projects an ideal horizontal viewing cone to a target plane and clips it to a rectangular floor. Approximate floor coverage is sampled on a 60 × 60 grid. Uploaded images are visual backgrounds. They do not introduce walls or occlusion. Mounting height, tilt, lighting, distortion and vertical coverage are not modeled.
